    When the milk comes to a boil, take out 2 tbsp of milk into a bowl and add 2-3 pinch off safron stands into the bowl and mix well and keep it aside.
  5. Now add roasted rice into milk and cook well and stir continuously.
    Now, take the fried rice we have saved before and add 1 tbsp of cashew nut and 3 tbsp of milk.
    Now transfer everything into a grinding jar and grind well and make a fine paste.
  6. Now add rice paste into Pan and mix well and cook until it turns thick.
    Now add 5 tbsp of sugar, saffron milk and mix well.
    Now add 1 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
    Now add 1 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
    Now add fried dry fruit, 1 tbsp of Buchanania lanzan(Chironji) into Pan, and mix well.
  7. Now turn off the flame, and your rice kheer is ready to serve
