Instructions to make to make Pav bhaji lasagna

  1. For lasagna sheet - Take maida in pot put oil, salt mix & make a smooth dough. Cover and keep aside for half an hour. Now roll out thin chappati. Cut in a big sheet. Keep aside for half an hour. Take a big vessel and boil water. Put salt in water and put sheet in water boil for about 5 mints. Remove sheets and immediately put in cold water. After sometime remove & spread.
  2. For pav bhaji. Heat oil in pan. Put chopped onion saute now put ginger garlic paste cook little. Now put boiled vegetables, green peas.miw cook little now put tomato paste, salt, pav bhaji masala.red chilli powder.Mix cook. Keep aside.
  3. For Tomato sauce - Take pan heat oil put chopped garlic cook little add chopped onion cook till slight pink now add paste of tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, add tomato ketchup.mix cook for five mins keep aside
  4. To make Lasagna. Take one rectangle banking dish. apply butter at the bottom. Arrange two-three lasagna sheet. Now spread pav bhaji on sheet. Now spread tomato sauce on top. Spread grated cheese. Again spread lasagna sheet. then pav bhaji then tomato sauce & grated cheese.
  5. Lastly arrange lasagna sheet on top spread grated cheese. Now, bake in preheated oven for about 10-15 mins or till cheese get slightly pink. Serve hot.
